We're finalists (again) at the eCommerce Awards 2022

Having won the award for the Best Leisure, Fitness & Outdoors eCommerce category back in 2019 at the eCommerce Awards, and for the Best Mobile eCommerce award in 2020, we are hoping to make it a third win in 2022.

The eCommerce Awards have been running for over a decade, recognising cutting edge innovation and development expertise in eCommerce.

We’ve been selected as finalists on the basis of our submission for the Packaging Environmental (PE) site, an Adobe Commerce Cloud B2B Magento site for a business that is a wholesale specialist for eco-friendly food & drink packaging. PE has been supplying sustainable packaging made from compostable and recycled recyclable materials since 2007.

The site includes exciting features such as:

• 1) Visualsoft to Magento 2 data migration
• 2) SAGE ERP integration - secure, direct and 2-way integration with Magento, manageable by PE without the use of third-party data centres and servers.
• 3) RabbitMQ, which enables asynchronous processing of large amounts of data.
• 4) Enhanced automation from the Sage/Hyperext API - order processing was taking up the majority of their day - now they’re able to process orders with one click.
• 5) Enhanced user experience e.g. User’s can add both a product and a compatible product e.g. Cup & lid from the same product page
• 6) Adding content-rich pages via the Commerce Page Builder to help educate their customers.
